Once again, IBD highlights a stock the night before - CRS and today it's up more than just about any stock except for HAYN. What was the give away? Was it recent accumulation? - No. Was it composite rating? - No. Was it the RS line? -No.
It must be low volume selling at the 50 day after a nice multi-week market decline, coupled with a quick 30+ % previous run up and massive forward earnings estimates.
CRS was up only 2.2% on 13% less than average volume. Up more than just about any stock except for HAYN?
you got it backward, IMO, the stock was up BECAUSE it was highlighted.
Actually I think it is the RS line. While the price was undercutting the low at 49.02 the RS line was not undercutting it's low on the same date. This is an example of the RS line leading the price action, even when the RS line is not at new highs.
