In this run up, stutter stepping as I call it showed up most distinctively in FIRE and AAPL. FIRE capped its stutter stepping top with a low volume move to a new closing high on 3/26. AAPL seems to have capped its stutter step with a higher volume sell off after a long advance on 4/10.
