28% ROE, accelerating sales and eps.
Brad, Nice looking chart agreed! Check on ownership by top funds shows none, RS line a little low, and industry group low(112). Would these fundamental weaknesses hold you back? I follow your blogs regularly and appreciate your input.
Fidelity Spartan Fund FSEMX is no slouch. Nor Vanguard Small Cap NAESX & VISGX, nor Vanguard Balanced Index VBINX.
Those four are over 5 billion in assets each.
Abe, would you still buy this one or wait for it to pull back a little? kinda wedging up like it is not sure if it will go up any further. Do you religiously follow the pocket pivot style and percentage wise how much have you been successful on this? I'm just curious coz I want to follow this style but also want to know how much success can I reach in reality.
I definitely do not wait for a pull back within the 5% window. I see what you mean about the wedging in the handlem however the breakout has held up with follow on accumulation. I think the shake out on August 1st and 2nd make for a decent handle. Wedging I think is more barely falling in the handle and nudging higher along the lows. Also I think the 1st stage base, high ROE and accelerating eps and accelerating sales should be enough to warrant a 20% advance from the prvot point.
I do really prefer the 95+ RS leaders.
