I'm very disappointed in the recent changes to MarketSmith now being part of IBD. In the past, I've been able to reach a MarketSmith product coach immediately to bounce an idea off of or get some help interpreting chart action. Now, I have to wait on hold over 10 minutes to reach an IBD Customer Service representative who does not seem to have the seasoned investment experience that the MS product coaching team has.

 

I've said on numerous occasions that having access to the MS product coaches makes the price of the membership worth every penny. Now that we do not have immediate access to the product coaching team, can we expect a decrease in the cost of our annual membership? (I think I can anticipate the answer to that...)

 

I feel like I'm losing value in my membership because of these changes...
