I do not think you can with the parameters in Marketsmith. Three weeks tight is a valid add-on point for an up trending stock.  So I guess you could run a screen to look for stocks 5% off their high.  I would imagine all the valid three weeks tight patterns forming would be in that screen.  Remember three weeks tight does not really happen that often.  Don
