I would appreciate a tool that aided in quickly measuring the depth of a base or the run of a stock.  Even if it was something as simple as adding a dialog box to the temporary pen that shows you the difference in price and percentage from the beginning of the line to the end of the line that you just drew. I think most users would use it regularly.
