I am unable to copy a list of stock symbols from an Excel spreadsheet to a new list using the Copy/Paste instructions in the support topic.

I am using Excel-2007. After creating a new List, the copy/paste option only creates a list with the first symbol. I have tried selecting the whole column of data and the individual cells that comprise that data.

I have also tried exporting my Excel list to a text file in tab, comma, and semi-colon delimited format. The tab format yields the same first sybol only results as above. The comma & semi-colon delimited formats thow an error creating a single record with the whole list in the input cell.

It can't be this hard. What is the trick?
