MarketSmith changes - losing value in membership

Team MarketSmith,

I've been a member for maybe 5 years or so, and one of the things I valued most from my membership was access to the MarketSmith product coaching team. I've stated on numerous occasions that the product coaches make the price of the membership worth it.
Now that MarketSmith has joined IBD, it no longer seems that I have direct access to the product coaching team. Now I have to hold for 10+ minutes for an IBD customer service representative with seemingly less investment experience than a MS product coach. When I called before, I would immediately reach a product coach with much more investment experience than I will likely ever have.
Can you please explain to us how this new change is of benefit to us loyal MarketSmith members? It seems we are receiving less value for our membership with this change. Can we expect a decrease in the membership price? I must say, I'm a bit disappointed in this recent change...
