The "related information" tab has stopped responding. The mouse pointer changes to a "hand", but when I click on it, nothing happens. It used to work, but now doesn't. Anyone else experiencing this or have any ideas?

I have been using macintosh for years and so am extremely happy not to have to join the dark side (windows)
My question:
When I am under my log in on a Mac and have used marketsmith and quit out of it, should another family member come on the same computer and log in under their profile and I try to use marketsmith, I seem to see the issue quite consistently ---
the main marketsmith window opens fine and I am able to log in, however the tool window launches and never finishes up loading the configuration;
At this point, I quit the browser (usually firefox) and change the login to my own on the same computer and am able to use marketsmith find .... this even though I may not even be in marketsmith under the original (my login) and is this a function of this program or does it need correction ?

The related information screen has never worked for me - same symptons as you. I did report it as a bug a while ago but it still doesn't work. My system is pretty vanilla being Dell desktop with Intel CPU, Windows XP and Internet Explorer. May I enquire what your configuration is.

Are you up and running again with the related info tab? As I said earlier, it has never worked for me. What info is available on this tab. I do get the stock chart same as in DGO but I assume related info is more than this.

Derek: I had this same issue regarding the related info tab. I called the MS support guys and they told me to try adjusting my screen resolution to a higher setting. I moved it up a bit and the tab popped right out. Try changing your screen resolution. Does that fix it?
