I'd sure like to see forward and backward arrows with the "Play"feature for charts in the lists.  Much prefer to move at an irregular, as required, pace when playing through the charts rather than a preset time schedule.

You can manually review a chart list sequentially by using the <Space> bar to go down the list.  If you want to back up or down skipping charts use the 'up' and 'down' arrow key to scroll and press <Enter>.  You can also use the mouse on the list to point and double click. Does this answer your question about manual scrolling.? Just like DGO. 

Ok for saved lists, but how about for 'Screen Results"

I'd prefer to manually go thru the list as some deserve 1 second and other charts need to be studied.
