No price and volume with e-signal. I followed the trouble shooting and no luck. Please help.

Please follow the instructions below:

1) Open the Tool Options Menu on the right hand side of the Chart Tool.

2) Sign out of eSignal.

3) Re-enter your eSignal username and password. 

The real time price and volume should work then.
