I'm hoping I can get an answer on this forum. After several weeks trying to resolve a report issue, reachus@marketsmith.com is ignoring the problem.

The problem is with two Options reports:

Option Implied Volatility - Lowest Short Term (30 Day)

and

Option Implied Volatility - Highest Short Term (30 Day)

were listing the same stocks in each report, in reverse order. The number of stocks got smaller, and the reports have by now degraded to the point where only one stock is being shown in each report (the same stock).

This problem was fixed for a few days, then went back to displaying the incorrect information again. This problem doesn't affect the related Long Term reports.

@Ken_brun: I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with the reports, but we are unable to reproduce this issue at this time. In the future, the best way to resolve technical issues is to report them, as you did, to reachus@marketsmith.com so we can quickly troubleshoot and solve the issue.
