In the "my account" page there is a tab titled "manage subscriptions". When I click on this tab it shows me a summary of my subscriptions, but there is no way to turn features on or off or to switch to annual billing instead of monthly. So I can't actually "manage" anything, only view what I am currently signed up for. A clever way to trap people I suppose. So how do I make changes to my subscriptions? Do I actually have to call and speak with a person to do this or am I just missing something here?
