Anyone else having trouble with this? Since the latest update to the app, I can no longer select fundamentals or news, etc in the snapshot area of the app. It just lights up when I touch it and does not take me to what I had selected??
I contacted support and did what they suggested closing down the app in the background and even uninstalled and reinstalled on the iPhone. Still not working. Although it is happening on both devices' so is this a software issue??
@nathann: Our programmers are looking into the issue and we hope to submit a resolution to Apple soon. Once we have the bug fixed, you will see a new version for the MarketSmith app and once you update it, the problem will be resolved.
