I noticed that Pattern recognition is not working for me today. Anyone else having the same problem?
yes. went thru all support suggestions and still unable to get it working.
I agree with you that Pattern Recognition is not available today (Saturday 1/26/2013). I even tried de-installing and re-installing Silverlight, hoping that by doing so it would "kickstart" the Pat. Rec. program. But no cigar. I also see that we have no weekend support.

We did have a brief issue with Pattern Recognition over the weekend, but it should be corrected now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
