Internet Explorer 8 won't open charts.  Under "Tools" Pop-ups are allowed.  This message keeps popping up: "An add-on for this website failed to run.  Check Security Settings in Internet Options for Potential Conflicts."  I tried changing several settings, but with no luck and I worry about making wholesale changes that may affect my security settings.  What exactly should be changed in IE Securtiy Settings to allow the "Launch Tool" to open the charts?

Silverlight has to be installed on your system in order for Marketsmith to launch.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight twice and the same message keeps appearing.  What now?
