Mutual fund performance benchmark is inconsistent
by abe (4835) Joined on 09/16/2010 Posts: 318

When pulling up perfomance data on Market Smith's Top Rated Growth funds, the benchmark performance data is inconsistent.    For example on one fund it might say S&P 400  YTD performance is -13.2% and on another fund it might say S&P 400 YTD -9.2%

Over the loger range it is even farther apart.  One says S&P 400 Since Mkt High 3/24/00 65.4% and  Fund DVEAX performance says S&P 400  Since Mkt High 3/24/00 -17.8%

We know that it wrong.  How do we fix this?

Abe

@Abe:

Sharp eye!  There seems to be an issue with the referenced indices and we will get this fixed as soon as possible.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
